Christmas Delivery Dates

The next dispatch date is the 30th December - Nadolig Llawen/Merry Christmas from Donald's Pies!

UK Mainland Delivery

We dispatch on Tuesday and Thursday on a next-day delivery service in temperature controlled packaging. To ensure freshness, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday to Friday. We are unable to deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday. If you are not available to receive your package in person, please make sure that the postie can leave the box in a secure, safe place or leave your box with a neighbour.

Pies are dispatched frozen and cannot be re-frozen upon delivery. Pies must be refrigerated on arrival and consumed by the use-by date stated on the packaging.

Merch

Merch orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays by second class post.
